PKR98 Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the PKR98 platform — whether through the website at pkr98.onl, the mobile application, or any other digital channel operated by PKR98 — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who interacts with the platform. If you are using PKR98 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

Your continued use of PKR98 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

PKR98 is a platform strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion offered by PKR98. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

PKR98 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended pending verification or closed entirely. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one PKR98 account. If PKR98 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. PKR98 may request updated documentation at any time to verify your identity, address or payment methods.

Your account credentials — username, password and any security information — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. PKR98 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify PKR98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PKR98 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, wins and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to your account balance.

Deposits can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PKR98 balance within one to two minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer and Raast deposit timelines may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts may be refused and returned.
• PKR98 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. PKR98 applies a same-method withdrawal policy to protect the security of player funds and to comply with standard anti-fraud procedures.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, PKR98 may require you to complete an identity verification process. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until this verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

PKR98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules that apply across all PKR98 promotions are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts is considered abuse.

All games and betting markets available on PKR98 are governed by the rules of the individual game or market, as provided by the relevant game studio or sports data supplier. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, PKR98 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.

For sports betting, PKR98 follows standard industry rules for match outcomes, abandoned matches, and postponed events. In the event a cricket or football match is abandoned or significantly altered from its scheduled format, bets may be voided in accordance with the applicable market rules displayed at time of placement.

• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• PKR98 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• All game outcomes on slot and RNG table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR98 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating more than one account for the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, chip dumping or fraudulent financial activity through the platform.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back legitimate transactions after receiving services from PKR98.

PKR98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended periods of account inactivity beyond 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard verification checks.

PKR98 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, PKR98 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or downtime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted, PKR98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, connectivity failures or force majeure events beyond PKR98's reasonable control.

• PKR98 is not responsible for losses resulting from player error, including accidental bet placement or incorrect selections.
• PKR98 is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a verifiable technical error affecting a game outcome, PKR98's decision on resolution is final.

PKR98 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, PKR98 may provide additional notice via email or an in-platform notification.
